Creative Producer
This is a part-time position (~20hrs/wk). You'll work directly with one person (Jon) to grow their personal network by planning unique experiences, managing existing relationships and helping build new connections.
Jon is an entrepreneur here in Austin that runs a digital PR agency, Hyperlynx Media, as well as two community event series, Tiny Talks & Pitch-A-Friend.
What You'll Do
Events & Experiences
- Produce unique, one-off private events: themed parties, dining experiences, etc
- Plan group trips across different friend circles
- Organize small group experiences: boat days, expert-led sessions, etc
- Coordinate vendors — photographers, chefs, artists, etc
Relationships & Networking
- Manage a personal network of relationships and plan occassions tailored to specific people
- Manage a social calendar and identify events - dinners, galas, etc - worth attending
Social Media & Communications
- Handle inbound requests from new people trying to connect
- Send invites and manage communications for planned events
- assist with introductions
What We're Looking For
Must Haves
- Extroverted, confident & socially intelligent — Thrives around people, reads people naturally and knows what would excite different personalities.
- Organized & self-directed — Capable of coordinating with various parties - guests, venues, vendors, etc - simultaneously without dropping the ball. Takes ownership and runs without hand-holding.
- Resourceful & connected — Knows how to find things that aren't easily findable: people, venues, events, etc
- Experienced with IG — Knows how to manage a presence, track what's happening, and how to reach out effectively.
- Trustworthy & discreet — Will have access to personal relationships and acting on someone's behalf.
- Genuinely loves people & planning events — The ideal candidate would be doing half of this for fun anyway.

- Status-aware — Understands what makes something feel exclusive vs. accessible.
- Strong writer — Effective at writing outreach, DMs, and group communications.
A Note on the Role
This is a creative role as much as an operational one. The main measure of success is whether we create and facilitate experiences that people tell others about. You'll often be in the room, meeting everyone in the orbit.
